We kindly ask you to leave the holiday home in a swept-clean condition by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The parking space must be vacated in a tidy condition by 11:00 a.m.

Please dispose of your waste at our recycling center located directly next to the reception. Please observe the opening hours from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Only packaging made of plastic, metal, and composite materials with the Green Dot symbol may be placed in the yellow bin. 

Please dispose of paper and cardboard in the blue bin; a separate blue “Richter” bin is available for newspapers and magazines. Residual waste should be placed in the black bin at the recycling center. The glass containers are located in front of the recycling center; please observe the recommended disposal times. Please note that we no longer provide yellow bags, as we now use the yellow bin. 

If you would like to enjoy fresh fish that you catch yourself, you can obtain fishing permits for our Havel waters at the reception. You are welcome to fish at the parking areas. Please note that fishing is not allowed at the swimming areas or at the jetty. If you have booked a premium lakeside pitch, you are welcome to fish directly at your spot. You can find a general practitioner, pediatrician, and dentist in the medical center at Bernhard-Kellermann Str. 17 in Werder. On weekends and public holidays, please call the medical on-call service at 116117.

Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby cot and/or a high chair free of charge.

If you prefer digital, you can use our "Gastfreund"  app. It provides a clear overview of all important information as well as numerous excursion tips for your stay.

The train station in Werder is only 5 km from the campsite. You can reach the station by bus 631 from the site or by car. Free parking is available. Our staff will be happy to explain the fastest way to get there. You can find the travel times on the bus stop sign at the campsite or ask at the reception.

Our two large sanitary buildings each have an accessible bathroom. If needed, you can borrow a key at the reception for a deposit.

If you receive day visitors during your stay, a fee applies (adults €4.00, children €2.00) and must be registered at the reception. For overnight visitors, the overnight rate according to the current price list will be charged.

The premium package, which you can add for €20 per package, includes bed linen and towels.

If you have not paid your bill in advance, we ask that you do so no later than one day before departure. You can pay with cash, EC cards, or Maestro. Credit cards are not accepted.

The nearest flower shop is located directly on the B1, “Blumenmeer Schulz.” Opening hours: Mon–Sat 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Sun 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are also happy to arrange flowers for any occasion. Please contact the reception.

Our three flower barrels offer comfortable sleeping with a large double bed and two additional sleeping areas (60 x 200 cm), which can be converted from the benches for children. There is practical storage space for your luggage under the beds. Each barrel has its own outdoor area with a table and benches. The sanitary building, the campsite kitchen, and an optional rental refrigerator are within walking distance.

Directly at the campsite, kayaks, canoes, and pedal boats can be rented at the reception; in addition, a SUP machine is available for self-rental via QR code. For motorboats and others, the boat rental “Krüger & Till” is located in Werder, Unter den Linden 17 (at the island bridge).

We are happy to receive your mail at the reception and send it for you. You can also buy stamps from us. As of 2026: postcard €0.95 / standard letter €0.95.

Fresh organic bread from the Fahland bakery are available daily by pre-order through our bread roll app. Please note that orders must be placed by 6:00 p.m. The varieties and prices can be found in the app. From 8:00 a.m., the bread can be picked up in the winter garden behind the reception.

You can find a bookshelf in the service kitchen at the reception building. You are welcome to swap your finished books or borrow a book for your stay.

You can find the current bus schedule most easily in the VBB app or on the bus stop sign at the campsite opposite the reception. Tickets are available directly at the reception.

Our camping cabins can accommodate up to four people. They feature a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with three beds, and a kitchen. A private terrace in front of the cabin invites you to relax. The sanitary facilities are only about 10 meters away. Dogs are warmly welcome in the camping cabins.

At the reception building, there is a disposal station for motorhomes. Our CamperClean station for fully automatic emptying and cleaning of toilet cassettes is located next to the sanitary building by the reception. Please do not dispose of your camping toilet in the drains at your pitch.

Bicycles and e-bikes for your outing are available for rent at the reception. You can ask for the current price on site. As only a limited number of bikes are available, we kindly ask you to register in advance.

We have houses of various categories and amenities. Our holiday homes can accommodate 2–6 people. Upon arrival, please check the inventory in your accommodation to ensure everything is in order. If any items are damaged or missing, please report this immediately at the reception. 

On the day of departure, carefully go through the checklist provided in the holiday home and bring it to the reception. All our holiday homes are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed in the camping cabins. Arrivals and departures are not possible on Sundays.

Open fires (campfires) are strictly prohibited.

We exchange gray propane cylinders, not red or aluminum ones, in sizes 3 kg, 5 kg, and 11 kg. Please contact the reception.

For your culinary enjoyment, the restaurant and beer garden (weather permitting) “Zur Riegelspitze” are open daily from 11 a.m. Both facilities are located near the bathing beach.

Our guided bike tours take place twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m., starting directly in front of the reception. The leisurely tour covers approximately 20 km and lasts around four hours. Participation costs €19 per person. Registration is required by 6:00 p.m. the day before (€6 deposit). Guest guide Mr. Görz will accompany you with exciting information, anecdotes, and stories through Potsdam, including stops at Sanssouci Palace, the New Palace, Cecilienhof Palace, Glienicke Bridge, and the Dutch Quarter. Participation is at your own risk. Further information is available at the reception.

You are welcome to barbecue at the campsite or on the terrace of your accommodation. Please use the designated grills, which should be raised enough off the ground to avoid damaging the lawn. Barbecuing is prohibited starting from forest fire warning level III.

You can purchase vouchers for a stay at our Blütencamping at the reception.

Please understand that dogs are only allowed in certain areas of our site and must be kept on a leash. Dogs are not permitted on the tip surrounded by water or on the beach. On the campsite, we ask owners to clean up any small or large accidents; dog waste bags are available at the reception. Please also note that dogs must wear a muzzle or snout cover on public transport, especially on buses.

Our Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire site. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee optimal signal strength at every location. You can obtain the Wi-Fi password at the reception or find it in the information folder of your accommodation.

Our site features two lovely playgrounds: one is located directly by the beach, surrounded by sand and water, and the other is slightly smaller in a green area—but just as fun. In addition, two table tennis tables are available for your use.

Scala Kulturpalast Werder cinema: Offers a crossover program including family, children’s, and entertainment films as well as arthouse cinema. UCI Luxe Potsdam cinema: Located near the center of Potsdam, it offers good technology and comfort. Parking is available directly in the center, and it is easily accessible. There is a bar with a view of historic Potsdam. Theater Comedie Soleil: A professional independent theater in a former department store in Werder. It presents plays that touch, make you laugh, cry, empathize, or reflect.

Our camper kitchens are located at the reception building and in the sanitary building by the beach, equipped with cooking and seating areas as well as sinks. If you need a rental fridge compartment, please feel free to ask our reception staff.

Since May 1, 2014, the officially recognized resort town of Werder (Havel) has been charging a tourist tax. You can obtain a guest card with discount coupons at the reception.

Please park your car in the designated parking areas. Parking is completely prohibited on the tip; this area may only be used for arrivals and departures. In the front area (near the reception), you may park your car at your pitch.

The Sanddorn Garden Petzow on Glindower See enchants visitors with three hectares of sea buckthorn, herbs, and wild fruits, as well as a café, farm shop, and lakeside terrace. At Schultzen’s Siedlerhof, visitors can gain fascinating insights into the production of fruit wines.

Obsthof Lindicke offers regional foods, wines, spirits, liqueurs, as well as fresh vegetables, potatoes, and eggs. At Glina Whisky Distillery, you can experience whisky production up close in a glass distillery over more than 1,000 m².

Erlebnishof Klaistow offers free tours showing the journey of asparagus from the field to the plate—including a farm shop, playground, and rural atmosphere.

Other worthwhile destinations in the region include the historic old town of Werder (Havel) with its orchards, Petzow Castle and park, and a fruit wine tasting around the traditional Werder farms.

Showering is included in the pitch price. The children’s bathroom is free for all children to use. Please do not let children under 6 years old use the sanitary building unattended. Pets must unfortunately remain outside.

Please note that the entire campsite is a traffic-calmed zone, and unnecessary driving should be avoided. The speed limit across the site is 10 km/h. The barrier primarily serves to reduce car traffic during quiet hours. We ask that you avoid disturbing noise and driving during this time. During midday rest from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and nighttime rest from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the barrier is closed. If an exit is required during this time due to an emergency, the barrier will be opened by staff from Blütencamping.

The Werder (Havel) Therme (premium spa) combines fun and relaxation: a family pool with slides as well as 13 thematically designed saunas and steam baths provide a feel-good experience. Tropical Islands—Europe’s largest tropical resort—impresses with an amazing pool area under palm trees. The blu sports and leisure pool in Potsdam at Brauhausberg offers pools for athletes, recreational swimmers, and children, numerous attractions, a spacious sauna and wellness area, and a variety of dining options.

The Bowling Center Babelsberg offers bowling on 10 lanes as well as billiards, air hockey, shuffleboard, and darts—ideal for a fun evening with friends.

Boulder Werft Werder is just a few minutes from Werder train station, located on the site of the former Vulkan-Fiber factory (House 8, 1st floor). While bouldering, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Havel.

Dino Dschungel Werder offers an area of over 1,500 m² with many exciting slides, climbing walls, huge trampolines, the Spider Tower, mazes, hills, and much more—a real adventure for little explorers.

With City Tour Potsdam, you can explore the city flexibly by bus and get off at any time to discover Potsdam individually. City Sightseeing Berlin offers a “hop-on hop-off” tour of Berlin’s highlights—about 2.5 hours with unlimited stops. In Werder (Havel), guides regularly lead tours through the historic old town and across the island, with various exciting themed tours.

Our electrical connections are protected with 16 amps. You will need a 3-pin CEE plug. It is advisable to bring an extension cord. Adapters are available for a rental fee at the reception.

We have three overnight barrels located directly by the water. Each can accommodate 2 people. There is a bed on the left and right (width: 60 cm each). In front of the barrel, there is a small terrace with a table and two chairs. Sleeping bags must be brought. No electricity is available!

Coins for washing and drying can be purchased at the reception for €5.00 per cycle. The machines are located in the sanitary building behind the reception, at the back left of the entrance area. Forgot your detergent? No problem! For a small fee of €0.50 per cycle, detergent is available at the reception.
